There are so many variables to the &quot;rules,&quot; but you have to at least have a grasp of the standard way of doing things before you can deviate from it. For me as book designer, I prefer that the writer leave the blanks out of the manuscript, I don&#039;t need them and know where they should be. And never use paragraph returns to get to the next page! Always insert a page break!

But manuscript format and prep is another post, yeah?</description>
