What is your story? Briefly summarize. Be sure to identify who the story is about (you or someone else), what the story is about (your childhood, your spouse’s battle with Alzheimer’s, etc.), when the story took place (fifty years ago, over the last ten years), and why you have written it; that is, what are your goals and expectations in publishing your LifeStory. Are you interested in recording your family history for your family? Does your memoir have a message that can be shared as part of a platform for speaking?
